*There are no special provisions under telemedia law for some special service providers (Siegen Regional Court, judgment of July 9, 2013, Case No. 2 O 36/12). Even under private international law, these service providers are not in breach of competition law by failing to comply with Section 5 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG).
