JTL connector only imports WooCommerce orders with a delay
I currently have a case where the JTL connector has recently started importing all orders from a customer’s WooCommerce with enormous delays of several hours.
Such delays when importing new orders are very problematic, especially when shipping, because the pick-up and shipping times can often no longer be met.
We have already identified the problem and asked JTL to fix the error. However, JTL seems to have no interest in fixing the error for all customers.
Is your store or your JTL Wawi only importing orders from your WordPress store with a delay or much later?
