WordPress: Remove Gravatar and Google Fonts

There are basically two areas in WordPress that are problematic in terms of data protection. The call of Garavat avatars and the use of Google fonts.

The gravatar is relatively easy to turn off under Settings->Discussions. For the Google fonts, the correct Google fonts must be found and loaded. Additionally, the loading of Google Fonts must be disabled (mostly) in the functions.php of the theme files.

What is the easiest way to identify the fonts? You look in your style.css (or functions.php) file for the area where the fonts are loaded. Then go to the Google Fonts URL and see the data for loading the fonts. You download all fonts and save them in a folder. Then you replace the URL in the css of google and save the new css file also in this location. After that you can reload this fonts css file e.g. via your style.css:
